Payment is expected when services are provided unless other arrangements have been made. If your treatment plan involves more comprehensive dental care, please speak with our team about the financial options that may be available.
Dental Insurance
We accept most traditional dental insurance plans and are happy to file eligible claims on your behalf. Because coverage differs between plans, we recommend contacting our office to confirm whether your insurance is accepted.
Elison Dentistry does not participate in HMO plans. Patients who are free to choose their dentist may still be able to receive reimbursement according to the terms of their individual policy.
